    Abstract: The present invention relates to a ratchet wrench having a pivotal body, which generally includes a head portion, a body, a pivotal ratchet member, and a handle. The head portion has a mouth wherein one jaw is defined with a notch therein to help disengage the mouth of the wrench when rotating the wrench opposite the notched jaw. The pivotal ratchet member is releasable allowing the handle to freely rotate unless engaged.
