    Abstract: A two-stroke internal combustion engine which comprises two rocking pistons disposed on opposite sides of a separating element that separates two pump chambers from each other. The pump chambers are located on the back side of the rocking pistons, and a hollow rotary slide is mounted in the separating element to positively control the intake and precompression phases of the pump chambers.
