Abstract: The present invention relates to a supporting device with a unique flexible member for supporting a mobile device to hang over an object or stand on a flat surface. The device according to the principles of the present invention comprises a flexible member that is bendable with minimal force and with the ability to retain said bent shape. The device further comprises a case for receiving a mobile electronic device. The case includes a recessed area on the front side for receiving a mobile electronic device, and one or more of a variety of means for receiving the flexible member whereby the flexible member can perform as a stand to support the mobile device on a flat surface or a loop to hang the mobile device over an object including but not limited to handles of furniture or door knobs or any appropriate object.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus that has the specific features of attaching to a light bulb base and creating a light bulb with the additional feature of being able to be dimmed and flexed for directional lighting at the socket of the light bulb itself. An additional feature of this attachment is to allow for the light bulb to be turned off or on at the point of where the light bulb is attached to its socket from which electricity is drawn. A third feature of said device is to have the addition of a USB port also on the socket dimming device as a way to draw energy from the light bulb socket for the additional feature of using a USB port with some type of electronic device that can be charged at the base of the light socket itself.

Abstract: The flex and stay device of the present invention is used to hold a cell phone/electronic device in a standing position while it is used to synchronize and charge said cell phone/electronic device. It is either permanently built in to a wire OR is a removably attachable encasing structure that allows for the USB cord to flex and stay in a bent position. This allows the user of the cord to create a stand for his or her electronic device for ease of use on a table or flat surface. The device can also be used to wrap an unused wire in a neat and compact fashion.

Abstract: The flex and stay cell phone/electronic device charging stand of the present invention is a USB cable used to hold a cell phone/electronic device in a standing position while it is used to synchronize and charge said cell phone/electronic device. It has two unique features. On the front end there is a removably attachable sleeve that allows for the USB cord to flex and stay in a bent position. Abstract: A side mirror retracting vehicle alarm system for automatically retracting side mirrors of a vehicle while the alarm system is activated includes a vehicle having a side mirror and a side mirror retraction assembly. A vehicle alarm assembly is operationally associated with the vehicle for inhibiting theft of the vehicle. The vehicle alarm assembly includes an activation mechanism for selectively activating the vehicle alarm assembly to a ready state. The mirror retraction assembly is operationally coupled to the activation mechanism of the vehicle alarm assembly such that activation of the vehicle alarm assembly retracts the side mirror. In an embodiment, extension of the side mirror is achieved only by authorized deactivation of the vehicle alarm assembly.
