  • Publication number: 20090104286
Abstract: After the analysis of 21 genes which are involved in the inflammatory processes of a mouse, it was shown that, among other things, the featured preparations strongly activate NFkB and its translocation from cytoplasm into the nucleus in spleen cells. Besides that, by activation of relb genes, the featured preparations shift the balance of Th1/Th2 in the direction of Th1 so that it stimulates recruiting of Th0 into Th1 and their multiplication. The featured preparations regulate the activity of clonally selected B lymphocytes, so that selective promoters, such as, e.g., IFN? and IL-10, stimulate the coding of molecules of the heavy chain of Ig and the production of IgG in the fight against allergens. The preparations are thus used for prevention of allergic reactions and have an immunoregulatory function when the symptoms of allergic reactions are already present.

  • Publication number: 20080152598
Abstract: An oral composition for the stabilization, recalcification and remineralization of dental enamel, providing efficient protection from tooth decay. The oral composition uses the calcium form of zeolite, phosphate salts soluble in water, and matrix proteins of teeth. The efficiency of this solution is based on the adjustment of pH in the mouth cavity to the required value while at the same time incorporating the calcium ions from the calcium form of zeolite into the dental enamel and dentin in the presence of matrix proteins of the teeth. Calcium and phosphate ions stabilizes the crystal structure of calcium hydroxyapatite in tooth enamel and dentin.

  • Patent number: 7074437
Abstract: The increased level of glucose in blood is the result of the destruction of ? cells of the Islets of Langerhans by autoimmune process in insulin-dependent form of diabetes or a relative lack of insulin in insulin-dependent form of diabetes. Constantly present hyperglycemia in diabetes and a relative lack of insulin aid the development of the neuropathy as a late complication of diabetes. For that purpose, a technical problem was set before the inventor with the request of the reduction of glucose in blood, and stopping of the process of the development of the neuropathy as the consequence of the “long” duration of diabetes. Such a mineral-protein preparation was prepared by which glycemia was successfully regulated, but the process was also stopped by depositing of Ca+ in nerve cells. Those early changes caused by diabetes were successfully stopped, so that the appearance of the neuropathy, as a late complication in diabetes, was postponed.

  • Publication number: 20060088480
Abstract: An oral composition for the stabilization, (re)calcification and (re)mineralization of dental enamel and dentin to create an efficient protection from tooth decay is based on the use of calcium form of zeolite, phosphate salts soluble in water and matrix proteins of teeth and the adjustment of pH in the mouth cavity to the required value while at the same time incorporating the calcium ions from the calcium form of zeolite into the dental enamel and dentine in the presence of matrix proteins of the teeth. The composition substitutes the calcium and phosphate ions in the structure of hydroxyapatite, stabilizes the crystal structure of calcium hydroxyapatite in tooth enamel and dentin, i.e. in the tooth, along the entire depth of the tooth.

  • Patent number: 6953595
Abstract: This invention refers to the preparation for elimination of neuropathies in diabetes. The preparation contains a combination of minerals and plant extracts. By its ionic exchange, the invention reduces considerably the process of apoptosis of nerve-cells, eliminates the process of activation of the immunologic system, and stops the immunologic reaction of auto-destruction of nerve-cells. Depositing of immunoglobulin on axons is absent, and neuropathic pain disappears. Furthermore, the preparation reduces the activity of free radicals, improves the regulation of glycemia and improves the recovery of axons which are already damaged.
