  • Patent number: 11918802
Abstract: Examples of implantable medical leads or implantable medical systems with implantable medical leads to be anchored to a sacrum are disclosed. The implantable medical leads include a lead body having a distal portion. A fixation mechanism is coupled to the distal portion. An electrode array is mechanically coupled to the fixation mechanism. In one example, the electrode array is directly coupled to the fixation mechanism. The electrode array is electrically coupled to the lead body and configured to generate a stimulation field. The fixation mechanism is configured to anchor the implantable medical lead to a sacrum and effect the stimulation field in a foramen of the sacrum.

  • Patent number: 10452716
Abstract: A technique for optimizing complex endpoint resolution in a hierarchical data structure. The technique includes maintaining an encoding between a path through the hierarchical data structure and the endpoint node of the path. When an input pathname corresponding to the path is received, the pathname is used to resolve the endpoint node from the encoding without traversing the path.

  • Patent number: 7844633
Abstract: A structured document storage and management technique utilizes a generic document model tree, a symbol conversion module and an encoded vector set to store structured documents. The generic document model tree represents a structured document model and contains one or more structured document nodes without storing node data unique to any particular structured document. The symbol conversion module contains untagged data associated with the one or more structured document nodes, and representing node data for particular structured documents. The symbol conversion module also maintains a value code in association with each untagged data element. The encoded vector set includes one or more encoded vectors corresponding to the one or more structured document nodes having associated untagged data. Each encoded vector contains one of the value codes at an index position that corresponds to a particular structured document.

  • Publication number: 20060179730
Abstract: A structural member and method of constructing a wall structure in the ground using the structural member is provided. The structural member includes a shield removably coupled to a structural beam so that a chamber is defined between the shield and the structural beam. The shield member is configured to be removable when the structural member is in the ground. Components disposed in the chamber are protected during construction of the wall structure and are exposed when needed in a specific stage of construction. The components can be pre-attached to the structural beam and may include reinforcing bars to provide reinforcement continuity to the wall structure. The components may also include water stops to inhibit water flow through the wall structure. Methods constructing a wall structure in the ground using the structural member and for constructing an extended wall structure in the ground using the structural member are provided.
