Abstract: A system for forming a pressware product comprises rollers, a scoring tool, a scoring station actuator, a forming tool, and a forming station actuator. The rollers pull the web along a path having an angle. The scoring tool receives the material from the rollers and includes a vertically shiftable scoring punch with an edge that extends about an outline of the pressware product and a striker plate. The scoring station actuator shifts the scoring tool to form a slot in the web. The forming tool receives the scored web and includes a vertically shiftable positive mold assembly and negative mold assembly. The forming station actuator shifts the positive mold assembly to press against the web and form the pressware product.

Abstract: A method of and system for generating audio having pitch attributes of an incoming audio stream. The method comprises receiving a digital audio input. The audio spectrum is analyzed and integrated over segments of digital audio data upon receiving analysis triggers which can be synced with the audio tempo. The integrated spectrum is processed to find peak frequencies in the spectrum and their associated gain stored in a peaks array. The peak frequencies are used to program the oscillators controllable attributes and characteristics. The synthesis is performed upon receiving an analysis clock. A number of digital oscillators are configured with the associated frequency parameters and gain parameters from a peaks array. The oscillators are configured according to the audio pitch analysis and generate an oscillator output at the frequency and gain specified in the peaks array. These oscillator outputs are summed together generating synthesized audio.

The end-firing array suppresses unwanted sounds using an adaptive spectral method and spectral subtraction. Abstract: There is provided a synthesis and description of diprotonated diacid derivatives of pyridoxal isonicotinoyl hydrazone (PIH) of formula (I), wherein q is 1 or 2, DPA is 2 mols of a monoprotic acid HX or 1 mol of a diprotic acid H.sub.2 Y wherein X is a monovalent anion and Y is a divalent anion and both HX and H.sub.2 Y are pharmaceutically acceptable acids. The unique properties of the PIH.DPA molecule make it particularly suitable and pharmaceutically acceptable for formulation as an oral dosage form by virtue of its ready solubility in water. There are further provided methods of utilizing such chemically unique and isolable crystalline compounds, such as PIH.2HCI, as a pharmaceutical chelator. There are further provided pharmaceutical formulations specifically for the reduction of iron overload, and related chelatable metals, in subjects susceptible to such overload.

Abstract: A one-piece paperboard blank for erecting into a carton for holding and displaying a stacked array of generally flat rectangular boxes includes generally right triangular-shaped sides, a back, a base, and a partially open top portion into which the rectangular boxes are received. The carton includes an inclined support panel disposed wholly within the carton and extending from the top of the back panel to a point intermediate the bottom panel. Cushion flaps are provided inside of the carton contiguous with the opposite sides thereof, whereby the stack of rectangular boxes are disposed at an inclined angle within the carton, and are resiliently gripped by the opposed cushion flaps. The forwardmost portion of the top of the carton is closed by a panel containing indicia.

Abstract: A display carton is formed from an integral planar blank having panels which when folded form the carton and automatically divide the interior of the carton into a pair of longitudinal compartments having shelves for supporting and spacing a plurality of articles within the interior of each compartment above and below each shelf. The front wall of the carton is provided with a display opening for exposing the articles to view.

Abstract: A carton for use in dispensing interleaved tissues which is designed to leave each succeeding tissue in position partially withdrawn from the dispenser after the prior tissue has been completely removed. A conventional four panel end closure is provided with an outer panel covering the entire surface of the end of the carton, with two first-folded minor flaps having film attached thereto so that in the final folded position an aperture results, with the overlapping film covering that aperture from below. An overwrap is provided which is glued on the bottom side of the carton and attached to the top side to a removable panel formed as a part of the top flap and removable to expose the entire aperture.
