  • Patent number: 11956263
Abstract: Evaluating computers, devices, or endpoints on a network, such as a large network of computers in an enterprise environment. Detecting computers, devices, or endpoints that may present a security risk to the network or may be compromised in some way. Generating network traffic that, in some cases, should be ignored or should prompt specific, known responses. Detecting endpoint(s) that respond to such network traffic in an anomalous way, or otherwise attempt to perform certain operations based on such network traffic.

  • Patent number: 11941379
Abstract: A system performs static program analysis with artifact reuse. The system identifies artifacts associated with the software program being analyzed. The system processes the identified artifacts for performing static program analysis and transmits either the artifacts or identifiers for the artifacts to a second processing device for performing program analysis. The second processing device receives the artifacts and uses the received identifiers to retrieve the artifacts from a networked storage system. The second device also retrieves stored summaries of previous program analysis from the networked storage system. The program analysis uses the retrieved artifacts to generate work units for static program analysis. The analysis is performed only for those work units that are determined to remain unchanged from previous static program analysis cycles.

  • Patent number: 11929158
Abstract: A diabetes management system including a pump for dispensing a medicant and a control device for controlling the pump includes a user interface for controlling functions of the pump and providing information related to operation of the pump and other information. The user interface can display blood glucose information and insulin dosing data such that a user can appropriately act on the information and/or gain confidence that the diabetes management system is operating appropriately to manage the disease. User interfaces provided herein can include displays of current and projected glucose values, bolus calculators, charts displaying glucose levels and/or insulin delivery data, system maintenance reminders, system status information, patient configuration input screens, and log-in screens. Diabetes management systems can include insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitors, blood glucose monitors, mobile computing devices, servers, and/or other insulin delivery devices (e.g., insulin pens).

  • Patent number: 10600129
Abstract: A single automated accounting and business analysis system is employed to acquire, organize, record, analyze and plan all the relevant financial and non-financial metrics utilized by an individual or group. This includes all the internally generated metrics and external metrics such as data related to the economy, a particular industry, weather conditions, etc. The system employs heuristics to learn from previous associations and links data based on previous associations.

  • Patent number: 10419457
Abstract: In response to determining that an event matches a condition of a rule, a given one of a plurality of computing nodes is selected to send the event, based on one or both of an attribute of the event and an identifier of the rule. Information of the event is sent to the given computing node to perform correlation of the event with another event.

  • Patent number: 10296739
Abstract: According to an example, a confidence factor function may be applied to determine a confidence factor for a condition of a rule to correlate events. The confidence factor may be an approximation of whether an event or a set of events satisfies the condition in the rule. The confidence factor may be compared to a threshold to determine whether the condition is satisfied.

  • Patent number: 10013318
Abstract: According to an example, a master node is to divide an event field in events into partitions including ordered contiguous blocks of values for the event field. Each partition may be assigned to a pair of cluster nodes. A partition map is determined from the partitions and may identify for each partition, the block of the event field values for the partition, a primary cluster node, and a failover cluster node for the primary cluster node.

  • Patent number: 9646155
Abstract: Systems and methods for evaluation of events are provided. A user-specific reference baseline comprising a set of temporally-ordered sequences of events. An event of a sequence of events in a current session is received. A determination is made as to whether the event at least partially matches the reference baseline using an attribute of the event and a temporal position of the event within the sequence of events in the current session.

  • Patent number: 9438616
Abstract: A network asset information management system (101) may include an asset determination and event prioritization module (105) to generate real-time asset information based on network activity involving an asset (102). A rules module (109) may include a set of rules for monitoring the network activity involving the asset. An information analysis module (110) may evaluate the real-time asset information and the rules to generate a notification (111) related to the asset. The rules may include rules for determining vulnerabilities and risks associated with the asset based on comparison of a level of traffic identified to or from an IP address related to the asset to a predetermined threshold. The notification may include a level of risk associated with the asset.
