  • Publication number: 20250256113
Abstract: A filtered feedthrough comprises an insulator sealed in a ferrule opening. A terminal pin sealed in an insulator via hole has a first end that extends outwardly beyond an insulator device side. A filter capacitor has a square- or rectangularly-shaped dielectric supporting interleaved active and ground electrode plates. A passageway extending through the dielectric has an internal metallization. An external metallization is contacted to opposed longitudinal sides of the dielectric outer surface. The capacitor ground electrode plates extend to the opposed external metallizations. The outwardly extending terminal pin end is connected to the internal metallization in the dielectric passageway which in turn is connected to the active electrode plates. A conductive material connects the capacitor external metallization at one of the longitudinal sides to an oxide-resistant surface on the ferrule while the other external metallization is connected to an oxidized surface of the ferrule.

  • Publication number: 20250257243
Abstract: Fully transparent or translucent adhesive tape has been used for many years to wrap packages. Many times following the removal of a portion of the subject tapes from the rolls of the subject tapes the portions of the subject tapes that have not been removed from the subject tapes become re-attached to the rolls of the subject tapes. When the foregoing happens it becomes necessary that before the next use of the subject tapes that a person be able to remove the next portion of the subject tapes remaining on the roll of the subject tapes from the rolls of the subject tapes. This invention, by providing a marking system to help find the end of the subject tape remaining on a roll of mostly transparent or mostly translucent type tape, helps to accomplish the first step in the removal process.

  • Publication number: 20250257909
Abstract: An apparatus for cooling one or more samples includes a cryostat with a first wall forming an inner chamber with an opening for receiving the one or more samples. A second wall forms an outer chamber adapted to insulate the inner chamber and a channel leading to the opening of the inner chamber. A seal selectively seals the opening to the inner chamber, and a cryocooler thermally links to the inner chamber, such as by way of a flexible strap. The inner chamber may entirely surround the outer chamber, and yet via the channel allow for the removal of the one or more samples from the inner chamber while maintaining the evacuated outer chamber. The inner chamber may also be fully contained within the outer chamber, which may be evacuated. Related methods are also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20250257705
Abstract: A fuel filter apparatus for use within a liquid fuel in a fuel tank. The fuel filter apparatus can have an inlet screen that is generally long and slender, and a fuel pickup tube is attached to this fuel inlet screen and sealed so as not to leak. The fuel pickup tube is a one-piece tube that conveys clean fuel from a fuel source to a fuel pump. The fuel screen and pickup tube are oriented so that the long axis of the long slender screen is mounted vertical or at least oriented such that one end of the filter is located higher than the diameter of the filter with respect to gravity and located so that the end of the filter assembly stops against the bottom of the fuel tank to ensure positive indication of positioning.

  • Publication number: 20250260884
Abstract: A computer implemented method for algorithmically editing digital video content is disclosed. A video file containing source video is processed to extract metadata. Label taxonomies are applied to extracted metadata. The labelled metadata is processed to identify higher-level labels. Identified higher-level labels are stored as additional metadata associated with the video file. A clip generating algorithm applies the stored metadata for selectively editing the source video to generate a plurality of different candidate video clips. Responsive to determining a clip presentation trigger on a viewer device, a clip selection algorithm is implemented that applies engagement data and metadata for the candidate video clips to select one of the stored candidate video clips. The engagement data is representative of one or more engagement metrics recorded for at least one of the stored candidate video clips. The selected video clip is presented to one or more viewers via corresponding viewer devices.
