An actual data to complete a portion of the project is received from a second user in response to the purchase order. An invoice is received from the second user upon completion of the portion of the project. The purchase order, actual data, and the invoice are compared to determine a discrepancy between the purchase order, actual data, and the invoice. A proposed reconciliation from the first user or the second user is received in response to an electronic notification of the discrepancy. An approval or disapproval of the proposed reconciliation is received from the first user or the second user.
