  • Patent number: 7797540
Abstract: Signatures indicating potential problems can be used by a predictive support component. The predictive support component can check to see if a signature matches data for a data source associated with the software.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: December 6, 2005
Date of Patent: September 14, 2010
    Assignee: BEA Systems, Inc.
Inventors: Paul Conley, Ian M. Goldstein, Benjamin Price, Todd Chipman, Robert Brass, Terence Joseph Clearkin
  • Publication number: 20070124951
Abstract: A coilable tape rule includes a pair of rollers that are convexly rounded in both axial and transaxial planes, about which rollers the measuring blade moves during passage through the casing and which cause the blade to turn on its longitudinal axis so as to reorient its width dimension to a perpendicular relationship to the axis of coiling. The blade is of concavo-convex cross section and cooperates with the rollers for tracking control and to enhance the smoothness and reliability of extension and retraction.
    Type: Application
    Filed: September 15, 2006
    Publication date: June 7, 2007
Inventors: Steven Lewis, Robert Brass, John Frega

  • Publication number: 20060196072
Abstract: A lay-out tool assembly includes a square having a base component with a straight edge and with trough structure in which a carpenter's pencil is seated, an abrasive area for sharpening the pencil, and wall structure on which a tape measure is mounted for use in cooperation with the base.

  • Publication number: 20060156572
Abstract: A coilable tape rule includes a fixed structure or a roller about which the measuring blade moves during extension from the casing and which causes the blade to turn on its longitudinal axis so as to reorient its width dimension to a perpendicular relationship to the axis of coiling.
    Type: Application
    Filed: January 19, 2005
    Publication date: July 20, 2006

  • Publication number: 20050260893
Abstract: A system of tools and connector assemblies can be erected in numerous arrangements and configurations, in positive, selected interrelationships, for the mounting and support of a workpiece or the like. Engagement portions on the tools are clamped by the clamping blocks comprising a connector assembly; the tools may be C-clamps, bar-clamps, pipe-clamps, coupling devices, brackets, standoffs, and like implements.
