The apparatus may include, a substrate support disposed within the reaction space, the substrate support configured for supporting at least one substrate and a temperature control system for controlling a temperature of the at least one chamber wall at those portions of the at least one chamber wall that is exposed to a vapor phase reactant. The apparatus may also include a temperature control system for controlling a temperature of the showerhead, wherein the temperature control system for controlling a temperature of the showerhead is configured to control the temperature of the showerhead to a temperature of between approximately 80° C. and approximately 160° C.

The MMU may receive a data access for the heterogeneous memory system. The MMU may also determine at least one of the storage mediums of the heterogeneous memory system to service the data access. The target storage medium may be selected based upon at least one performance characteristic associated with the target storage medium and a quality of service tag that is associated with the virtual machine and that indicates one or more performance characteristics. The MMU may route the data access by the virtual machine to the at least one of the storage mediums.

Thus, the device delivers the liquid through a delivery opening formed in the nozzle, and activating the sonic generator energizes the liquid in the nozzle to generate an aerosol plume that is delivered through the dispensing window.
