Abstract: A system and method for implementing a real estate digital personal assistant by receiving a digital representation of an utterance by a real estate digital personal assistant based on at least an analysis of the utterance, providing a visual representation and an audio representation of the utterance, the utterance requesting to search classifiers associated with a real estate property. The method presents visually the utterance and then searches a network and real estate data sets to identify a plurality of eligible responses, each eligible response including: at least one digital image at least one classifiers and a speech, and wherein the speech is performed by a voice of a person or a simulated person then selecting one of the eligible responses and displaying a text explanation and offering an audio explanation performed by the real estate digital personal assistant.

Abstract: Enhancing digital photo images (digital photo image) with the identity of persons within the digital photo image, the digital photo image location or subject matter, the identity of an event sponsor or event location such as a sports facility or music event or slogan or logo. The digital photo image may be a still digital photo image or a video. The camera may be incorporated into devices including but not limited to a phone, tablet, eyeglass or watch. The enhanced digital photo image can be accessed by the user, preferably within minutes. The user may supply information to the media editor such as user's name, names of individual in the image, the users email address. The media editor may return a bar code image via MMS to facilitate the user collecting of the image.

Abstract: A method for communicating data in a rail vehicle consist includes transmitting first data at a first rail vehicle of the consist over a power supply conductor to a second, different rail vehicle in the consist, where at least one rail vehicle of the consist receives direct electrical power from the power supply conductor. The method also includes monitoring the power supply conductor for second data at the first rail vehicle and receiving the second data over the power supply conductor at the first rail vehicle for use by a first system onboard the first rail vehicle. In one aspect, the transmitting step comprises transmitting the first data over one or more of a catenary line or a third rail that supplies the electrical power.

The lower portion of the belt is adapted to be immersed in the water in a swimming pool for skimming debris floating on the surface of the water. Thymol, a lower alkyl phenol anti-infective and the active ingredient in, e.g., mouthwashes, is stringent and has an objectionable burning taste sensation. Thymol activates the transient receptor potential like ion channel TRPA1. The assay described and claimed herein involves measurement of activation of TRPA1 and enables the screening of compounds that inhibit lower alkyl phenol, or thymol activation of TRPA1. Inhibitors of thymol activation of TRPA1 can be used to prevent the objectionable taste of thymol in medical uses where taste limits acceptance.
