The flower stem insertion device further includes a deformable inner portion fabricated from Floral foam configured to cooperate with the outer portion such that when the stem portions of the preselected flowers are ultimately inserted through the apertures, the stem portions penetrate the deformable inner portion a predetermined distance sufficient to maintain the position of each preselected flower relative to the outer portion.
