    Abstract: A fluid nozzle designed to shut off when the pressure of the fluid exiting the nozzle reaches a predetermined value, e.g., 30 psi, as set forth in OSHA regulations. The nozzle has a body having an inlet, an outlet, a passage therebetween, and a conventional valve for manually opening and closing the passage between the inlet and outlet. An apertured closure is inserted in the outlet and has a valve seat on its inner surface. A valve having a face on its one end and a passageway through the valve is positioned in the passage to slideably move between the valve seat of the apertured closure and a valve stop. A vent hole through the wall of the body is located between the conventional opening and closing valve and the valve stop.
