  • Publication number: 20260272155
Abstract: An oral care implement with a modular fluid dispensing mechanism includes an elongated body and a handle, a reservoir disposed in the handle and containing an oral care fluid, a valve fluidly coupled to the reservoir via a flow conduit, and a movable actuator button operable to dispense the oral care fluid from the reservoir through the valve via a manual pumping stroke. The actuator button encloses an outwardly open pump cavity. A plurality of interchangeable spacer inserts are configured for insertion into the pump cavity. A trapped volume is formed between the actuator button and an inserted one of the spacer inserts which corresponds to a dosage dispensed with each pumping stroke. The spacer inserts include a first and second spacer inserts having different configurations. The dosage dispensed with each pumping stroke is changeable via mounting the first spacer insert or second spacer insert in the pump cavity.

  • Patent number: 4047117
Abstract: An improved laser illuminator for target designation, such as for a target-seeking missile or object in flight or from a tracking target station, that simultaneously provides output pulses of high peak power at a low pulse repetition rate to meet the maximum range requirements of the designation or tracking system and provides output pulses of low peak power at a high pulse repetition rate to provide the high tracking error signal information rates needed at close ranges. The illuminator operates either for active or semi-active guidance of a missile to a target or for tracking an object or target from any suitable station in either an active or semi-active mode. In one arrangement in accordance with the invention, a laser oscillator is controlled in series with an amplifier arrangement to selectively provide the high power and the low power pulses which are transmitted as a common pulse train.
