The system includes a body, a bottle that is removably secured to the body, and a cover removably engaged to the body. When the body, bottle, and cover are secured together, it may form a unitary object. In this way, a user can easily carry and store the system and its items and liquids simultaneously. The modular dispenser system provides versatility to a user by enabling the user to use the items and the liquids together or separately.
