Abstract: A central database for platform compliance regarding investment thresholds and accredited investor verification that is coupled with, or able to be integrated with, a managed payments and escrow service or a third-party payment and escrow service. At the center of the platform is an application programming interface (API) that exchanges information between the system and a host of parties including, without limitation, intermediaries, third-party data sources, payments and escrow vendors.
