  • Publication number: 20260154322
Abstract: Technology is disclosed for programmatically generating procedures based on historical conversation records and providing the procedures to users to resolve similar issues. In one implementation, an input instruction is generated to cause a language model to determine resolved historical conversation records from historical conversation records. A second input instruction is generated to cause a language model to generate procedure documents from the resolved historical conversation records. The second input instruction includes the resolved historical conversation records and a procedure generation prompt instructing the second language model to (1) extract one or more issues from each resolved historical conversation record, (2) generate a corresponding issue description of each issue, (3) generate a corresponding step-by-step procedure resolving each issue, and (4) generate a corresponding issue resolution description for each issue.

  • Publication number: 20250315458
Abstract: Technology is disclosed for programmatically generate answers for a user that are responsive to aspects of a conversation, which may be occurring in near real-time. In one implementation, a conversation record is processed to determine a conversation representation and corresponding representation embedding. The representation embedding is used to determine a set of relevant passages of documents within a knowledge base. An answer-generation input instruction for a language model is generated based on the conversation representation, aspects of the relevant passages, and an answer-format instruction. The language model is directed to produce an answer output that includes accessible, passage-level citations for each portion of the answer derived from a particular passage the knowledge base, enabling a user to directly access the relevant passage. The generated answer, along with the citations, is presented via a user interface, thereby improving the efficiency and quality of user assistance.

  • Patent number: 7858073
Abstract: There is described a method for selecting microbial isolates for use in oral killed vaccines against abnormal microbial colonization of mucosal surfaces by the microbes. The method comprises evaluating capacity of a plurality of different isolates of a microbe to activate antigen responsive cells to provide activation data for each microbial isolate, and the effectiveness of the isolates in reducing infection of a mucosal surface by the microbe to provide clearance data for each microbial isolate. An isolate, the activation data and clearance data for which correlate and is optimal for generating mucosal immunity against the microbe compared to the, or each, other of the isolates, or an isolate the activation data for which is optimal and a further isolate the clearance data for which is optimal, compared to the, or each, other of the isolates, respectively, is then selected for use in the vaccine.

  • Publication number: 20070292971
Abstract: The present invention relates to methods for determining predisposition to acute life threatening episodes (ALTE) and/or sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) and, in particular, to methods of assessing potential susceptibility to development of ALTE and/or SIDS by determining a subject's total IgA and/or IgA1.

  • Publication number: 20070269376
Abstract: There is disclosed a method for determining an administration regimen for an oral killed vaccine for use in immunising individuals in a population against an infection or disease. The method comprise administering the oral killed vaccine to one or more individuals in a population and identifying an indicative dosaging level of the vaccine which induces a reduction in immune system responsiveness to the vaccine in the one or more individuals. A further dosaging level that elicits an immune response in one or more individuals of the population without inducing the reduction in immune system responsiveness to the vaccine is then determined.

  • Publication number: 20070067574
Abstract: A method of managing cache partitions provides a first pointer for higher priority writes and a second pointer for lower priority writes, and uses the first pointer to delimit the lower priority writes. For example, locked writes have greater priority than unlocked writes, and a first pointer may be used for locked writes, and a second pointer may be used for unlocked writes. The first pointer is advanced responsive to making locked writes, and its advancement thus defines a locked region and an unlocked region. The second pointer is advanced responsive to making unlocked writes. The second pointer also is advanced (or retreated) as needed to prevent it from pointing to locations already traversed by the first pointer. Thus, the pointer delimits the unlocked region and allows the locked region to grow at the expense of the unlocked region.
