  • Publication number: 20220142788
Abstract: A glenoid prosthesis includes a head portion and an anchor. The head portion includes a first surface adapted to contact a glenoid and an opposed second surface that is at least partially concave. The anchor extends from the first surface of the head portion and terminates at a distal end. At least one first circular member is disposed between the head portion and the distal end of the anchor and encircle the anchor. At least one second circular member is disposed between the head portion and the distal end of the anchor and encircles the anchor. The at least one first circular member is adapted to engage cortical bone of a glenoid and the at least one second circular member is adapted to engage cancellous bone of a glenoid when the glenoid prosthesis is implanted.

  • Patent number: 10918397
Abstract: An orthopedic driver is provided that includes an elongate tubular body and an indicator assembly. The indicator assembly has a housing that has at least one opening and a visual indicator disposed in the at least one opening. The visual indicator is configured to be coupled with a guide pin such that lateral movement of the elongate tubular body relative to the guide pin causes the visual indicator to move between a flush or recessed configuration within the housing and an extended configuration. In the extended configuration, the visual indicator extends outward of an outer surface of the housing. The flush or recessed configuration corresponds to alignment of the guide pin relative to the elongate tubular body and the extended configuration corresponds to misalignment of the guide pin relative to the elongate tubular body.

  • Patent number: 10373392
Abstract: Embodiments are disclosed for transitioning views presented via a head-mounted display device. One example method for operating a head-mounted display device includes displaying a virtual model at a first position in a coordinate frame of the head-mounted display device, receiving sensor data from one or more sensors of the head-mounted display device, and determining a line of sight of the user that intersects the virtual model to identify a location the user is viewing. The example method further includes, responsive to a trigger, moving the virtual model to a second position in the coordinate frame of the head-mounted display device corresponding to the location the user is viewing and simultaneously scaling the virtual model.
