  • Patent number: 11933106
Abstract: A ladder having a foot having a plastic body with a recess which receives the end of a first rail and is positioned about and conforms to the web and the first and second flanges of the first rail. The foot has a plastic base having a top side from which the body extends. The base has a front edge. The foot has a metal rail fastener which extends through the body and the rail to attach the body and the rail together. The foot has a pad having a rigid plate with a rubber outer layer surrounding the rigid plate and a pad fastener hole that extends entirely through the rigid plate and rubber outer layer, the outer layer of the pad having a bottom with treads. The foot has a metal pad fastener that extends entirely through the pad and entirely through the base to attach the pad to the base so the rigid plate is between the treads and the base of the shell. • Publication number: 20220205321
Abstract: An extension ladder including a base section and an intermediate fly section. The intermediate fly section slidably attached to the base section. The extension ladder including a top fly section. The top fly section sliding attached to the intermediate fly. The extension ladder including a handle having a first strap portion attached to the base section having a first buckle portion, and a second strap portion attached to the top fly section having a second buckle portion that engages with the first buckle portion when the base section, intermediate fly section and top fly section are in a folded state where they essentially form a shape of a cube so the base section, intermediate fly section and top fly section can be lifted by the handle. The present invention pertains to a method of moving an extension ladder.

  • Publication number: 20200232279
Abstract: A ladder upon which a user climbs having a first rail. The ladder having a second rail. The ladder having rungs attached to the first and second rails upon which the user steps. The ladder having a first leveler attached to the first rail. The first leveler having a foot peg and a latch. When the user presses on the foot peg and the latch with the user's foot when the leveler is in an extended state, the first leveler moves into a retracted state. The ladder having a second leveler attached to the second rail. A method for a user to use a ladder. The method has the step of the user pushing with the user's foot against a foot peg and latch of a first leveler to cause the first leveler to move to a retracted state relative to a first rail of the ladder in which the first leveler is.
