Abstract: A pan for angiographic catheters and catheter guide wires, the pan including a rectangular planar bottom portion, four walls upstanding from the ends thereof to form a basin adapted to retain a liquid, and divider structure upstanding from the bottom portion and dividing the basin into a plurality of compartments, an opposed pair of the walls being inclined inwardly, the divider structure extending normal to the inclined pair of walls, the divider structure having a first portion inclined in a first direction and a second portion inclined in a second direction.

Abstract: A venogram injector assembly comprising a frame, a holder attached to the frame and adapted to receive and retain a plurality of syringes, a manifold adapted to receive outlet ends of the syringes, a tube adapted for connection at a first end thereof to the manifold and adapted for connection at a second end thereof to a needle for insertion into a vein of a patient, a platen connected to the frame and moveable to engage plunger stems extending from the syringes, and a drive means in communication with the platen, the platen being moveable in response to operation of the drive means to engage the plunger stems, whereby to force fluid in the syringes simultaneously into the manifold and then into the tube, needle, and vein.

Abstract: An adapter assembly for radiographic film cassettes comprising a frame means having outside dimensions substantially equal to the outside dimensions of large sized radiographic film cassettes and adapted to be received and retained by holders for large sized radiographic film cassettes, and having an inside dimension substantially equal to an outside dimension of a smaller radiographic film cassette and being adapted to receive and retain the smaller sized cassette for radiographic operations, whereby to permit use of smaller sizes of radiographic film in a cassette holder or table tray otherwise adapted to handle only the large radiographic film.

Abstract: A cannula for surgical use comprising a base member having a bore therethrough, a tubular member bounding the bore and extending outwardly from a first side of the base member, and a turret member connected to a second side of the base member and having first and second aperture therein, the turret member being movable relative to the base member to selectively place a selected aperture in or out of alignment with the bore to open or close a passageway through the instrument.

Abstract: An enterostomy retainer comprising a rigid cylindrical base portion and a flexible tubular portion extending from a first end of the base portion. The second end of the base portion and the free end of the tubular portion have interconnecting means to facilitate connection of the tubular portion free end to the cylindrical portion second end to form a closed loop.

Abstract: A neurosurgical scalp retractor for use in surgical operations within the skull, the retractor comprising an elongated frame, a first connector member at one end of the frame for attachment to the scalp, an extensible member connected to the frame, a releasable lock for fixing the extensible member in a desired position, and a second connector member disposed at a free end of the extensible member for attachment to an operating table drape.

Abstract: The device comprises a substantially rigid member having a rounded first end and a body portion generally circular in cross section and conical in longitudinal section extending therefrom to a second end. The substantially rigid member has on the body portion thereof edge means extending generally longitudinally thereof and adapted to engage the interior walls of an artery, or the like. Upon insertion of the device in an opened artery, the device insures the centering of a catheter attached thereto within the artery, supports the artery walls, upon turning of the device operates by way of the edge means to ream the artery interior, and deflects and guides a penetrating needle point during the patching operation.
