  • Publication number: 20250191606
Abstract: A system that can capture a user's voice sample and, based on a comparison with other voice samples stored in a database, determine the existence of one or more musculoskeletal conditions within the user's body. The analysis of the voice sample include determining various voice characteristics of the sample against those that are in the database-stored samples to determine matches with conditions and their associated severities. The results are presented via an application that can present location and severity on a 3D avatar model.

  • Patent number: 12300103
Abstract: An analytic routine uses images from a cell phone, dash cam, or other portable electronic device to warn a driver that his/her vehicle is likely go through a red light, or fail to stop or sufficiently slow down at a stop sign or other stop signal. The analytic routine can be calibrated using relative sizes of a target in the first and second images, and apparent size of the target in the second image when at a time when the device is at an estimated or calculated distance to the target. Following calibration, the calibrated analytic routine uses information obtained from a third image to derive an estimated travel time to a second stop signal, and warns the driver to adjust a speed of the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 12239665
Abstract: Methods for generating clinically safe NK cells derived from non-fully differentiated stem cells and their use in treating cancer are provided. The non-fully differentiated stem cells are co-cultured with endogenous NK cells isolated from adipocyte-containing tissue to generate a high percentage of clinically safe NK cells, where anti-tumor activity of the clinically safe NK cells in vitro is similar to that of endogenous NK cells. Optimized Production of the clinically safe autologous NK cells from stem cells provides platform for treating cancer patients by applying an effective adoptive immunotherapy ranging from the early to terminal stages.

  • Publication number: 20250064737
Abstract: The present invention provides compositions and methods for treating a cancer using liposomes. Collectively, the liposomes contain a protein and a vector encoded for a gene corresponding to the protein. The amount of the protein and the vector in a plurality of liposome is sufficiently effective to treat cancer cells. At least some of the liposomes can contain an antibody that recognizes, and thereby targets, a protein expressed on the cancer cell.

  • Patent number: 12112436
Abstract: In a computer-implemented method of implementing real-world limitations in shared environment, an environment engine is configured to receive a user selection of a shared environment, wherein the shared environment represents a real-world environment. The environment engine retrieves spatial data associated with the shared environment and retrieves environmental sensor data associated with the shared environment. The environmental sensor data is contemplated to capture a varying ambient environment of the shared environment, which includes at least one of audio data and image data associated with the real-world environment. The environment engine is further configured to render a first user avatar and a second user avatar within the shared environment.

  • Patent number: 11957644
Abstract: A therapeutic composition and a method of producing it by light-activating hypericin in a carrier or solvent. Preferably, the composition is made by combining dried flowers and/or flower stems of St. John's Wort with edible oil and exposing the mixture to the sun for a prolonged time. This process serves to light-activate the hypericin before its use and reduce risk of skin phototoxicity. The composition can be used for treating undesirable conditions such as mouth sores and vaginal infections.

  • Patent number: 11840175
Abstract: The inventive subject matter provides devices and methods for improving driving safety using information obtained from images taken by a camera in a device. Among other things, contemplated devices and methods can produce alarms when it appear from rates of speed and acceleration/deceleration, that a vehicle will likely go through a red light, or fail to stop or sufficiently slow down at a stop sign. A significant feature of preferred devices and methods is that they are not dependent on WI-FI, cellular, satellite and radio signals, or any other external data transmission, and are not even dependent on speed, acceleration, or other information native to the vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20220417352
Abstract: A smartphone is configured to capture images through a front facing aperture, and at least one side facing aperture. Such captures can be made by one or more cameras, which can optionally capture the images concurrently, and can optionally use optical fibers to convey images. The smartphone can also have a back facing camera, which can also capture images concurrently with images received through any of the front facing and side facing apertures. Captured images, whether still and/or moving (video), can being stitched together. Any one or more of the cameras and/or apertures can optionally be digitally and/or physically steerable. Also contemplated is a smartphone case having apertures that correspond to the image receiving apertures of the smartphone.

  • Patent number: 11513656
Abstract: In a method facilitating connectivity between at least first and second persons contemplates utilizing one or more computer processors to instantiate a first augmented reality space that mimics a real world space physically in existence about a first person. The first augmented reality space includes at least an avatar of the first person, and a first virtual representation of at least one real world object within the first augmented reality space. Using one or more computer processors, the method provides an interface through which the second person, distal to the first person, can use a second avatar to contemporaneously occupy and enter the first augmented reality space, traverse the space, and interact with the object.

  • Patent number: 11501503
Abstract: The present invention contemplates a method of producing a walkabout reality for a user through an augmented reality engine. The augmented reality engine retrieves data associated with user behavioral characteristics and identifies user behavioral characteristics from user patterns of behavior in at least one of a third-party virtual environment and a current physical environment. The augmented reality engine further analyzes the current physical environment to determine one or more customizable elements of the current physical environment and determines a predicted visual preference of the user. The augmented reality engine identifies one or more visual elements associated with the predicted visual preference of the user and renders a virtualized current physical environment within a threshold distance of the user by superimposing at least one of the one or more visual elements associated with the third-party virtual environment onto the one or more determined features and associated feature characteristics.

  • Patent number: 11475637
Abstract: A system that allows users of augmented reality environments to interact with each other across instances. For each user, the system recognizes real-world objects in an image of a real-world environment and retrieves augmented reality assets to overlay according to each user's selected theme. A user can open a multi-dimensional region in which the augmented reality assets of their augmented reality environment are replaced with those of a different augmented reality environment, giving the user a way to tunnel into another user's augmented reality environment. The augmented reality assets may include commands linked to real-world objects capable of receiving commands, allowing for users to interact with the real-world objects in the environment, such as a streamer's environment.
