  • Publication number: 20260143362
Abstract: A method to automate network management and maintenance operations in a radio access network (RAN) is provided. The method includes receiving a request for information associated with a network condition in a RAN; selecting, based on contextual information associated with the request, a function from functions associated with RAN operational data retrieval; generating, based on the request and/or the contextual information, prompts; providing, to a large language model (LLM), the request, a reference to the selected function, and the prompts; receiving, from the LLM, the selected function; invoking the received selected function to retrieve, from a datastore, RAN operational data; initiating the LLM to generate a response to the request based on the retrieved RAN operational data and the prompts; receiving, from the LLM, the response including information associated with a network issue in the RAN; and initiating an action to report and/or an action to resolve the network issue.

  • Publication number: 20240364577
Abstract: A telecommunication network management system. The system comprises an incident report management application that creates incident reports pursuant to alarms on network elements of a telecommunication network and wherein one of the incident reports is associated with a large-scale event (LSE), wherein the LSE incident report identifies alarms at a plurality of different network elements as associated with the LSE; and a network operation center (NOC) automation application that analyzes alarms on a plurality of network elements that are not yet associated with the LSE incident report and, based on analyzing a first alarm on a first network element of the plurality of network elements not yet associated with the LSE incident report, based on a location of the first network element, and based on the alarms associated with the LSE incident report, modifies the LSE incident report to associate the first alarm to the LSE.

  • Patent number: 9753800
Abstract: A communication network operations center (NOC) management system. The system comprises a network equipment performance data store, an equipment fault data store, an equipment inventory data store, an equipment trouble history data store, and a knowledge data store. The system further comprises a computer system that executes a NOC management application. The NOC management application opens new network equipment trouble cases and analyzes the trouble cases based on data in the data stores. Based on the analysis, the application identifies an information pattern shared by the new trouble case and a resolved trouble case stored in the history data store. The application automatically executes a control command on a network equipment item identified in the new network equipment trouble case based on a resolution action identified in the resolved trouble case stored in the history data store with the shared information pattern.

  • Patent number: 9584462
Abstract: A system for managing email failure notification. The system comprises a data store to store message identifiers for sent emails and a local server computer. The local server computer comprises an analyzer application stored in the memory that, when executed by the processor, analyzes an email return notification comprising information about a failed email, wherein the analyzer application obtains the email return notification via the return path address defined in the return path attribute, reads an entry from the data store based on a message identifier in the email return notification, and updates the entry based on the message identifier. The local server computer further comprises a resolution application stored in the memory that, when executed by the processor, reads entries from the data store associated with failed emails, builds a table on a website with failed email information, and maintains statistics for failed emails.

  • Patent number: 8245192
Abstract: A system is provided comprising a computer and application that creates a development zone in response to a first message. The zone comprises a recording of state-based references to files and folders of a master production build in read-only and read-write copies of the build. The system receives another message containing a request to commit changes to the build. The changes comprise updating the build with changes to the read-write clone. The system compares the read-only snapshot with the current build to determine changes committed after the zone creation. The system compares changes to the read-write clone and changes committed to the build after zone creation. The system identifies files and folders changed in the read-write clone and commits the changes made to the read-write clone to a staging build and the master production build.
