Abstract: A simplified safety guard assembly for use with a press brake or like machine tool to prevent operator access to the die and anvil zone during stamping operations. The guard preferably utilizes a see-through shield or guard panel located between the operator and forming die and mounted for vertical sliding movement to follow various positional elevations of the workpiece attending one or more forming operations in the press. In addition, the shield or guard panel is pivotally movable about a horizontal axis to facilitate convenient extraction of the formed workpiece from the press.

Abstract: A wall mounted metal shelf assembly utilizing parallel spaced upright wall mounted channel brackets having spaced slotted openings for connective reception of projecting tongue portions of cantilever off-wall brackets and metal shelf members overcovering and undersupported by the cantilever brackets; the openings in the wall brackets being formed to include detent portions engageable with the tongue portions of the cantilever brackets to effectively lock the same against lateral shifting in their mounted condition and the shelf members having portions which cooperatively interlock with the cantilever brackets and resiliently engage the wall brackets to positively stabilize the assembly.
