Abstract: The present invention provides a mobile cart on which a circular saw is mounted at a height comfortable for kneeling. The circular saw can be a miter saw, a compound saw, a slideable saw, or any combination thereof. The saw/cart combination is compact and low to the ground, and is particularly useful in the on-site installation of hardwood floors, finishing trim, and tile walls and flooring. The saw/cart combination preferably includes a channel and container for capturing sawdust generated by the saw. In addition, the saw is preferably DC-powered for ease of mobility.
