    Abstract: A concrete exterior wall system for residential and commercial construction incorporates interior wood, metal or composite framing members. The wall system solves the problem of erecting heavy, hard to manage solid wall segments as well as time-consuming, complicated multi-piece wall segments. Further, the wall system eliminates the need to frame interior walls for utility access, insulation and interior finishes. Moreover, the wall system eliminates exterior maintenance and structural damage from weather, insects and the like. The wall system incorporates wood, metal or composite material interior framing with a concrete exterior that has a permanent exterior finish. Interior studs allow easy utility installation and finish applications. The shape of the wall units are designed for less weight per linear foot than conventional systems.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for identifying a location illuminated by an onboard searchlight on a vehicle are presented. A location of interest is illuminated at an illuminated location illuminated by the onboard searchlight, and a vehicle position of the vehicle and the onboard searchlight is determined. A vehicle orientation of the vehicle is determined based on a pitch, roll, and yaw of the vehicle, and an azimuth and an elevation of the onboard searchlight light is recorded to provide a recorded azimuth and elevation data. A pointing coordinate for the onboard searchlight illuminating the illuminated location is computed based on the vehicle orientation, the vehicle position, and the recorded azimuth and the elevation data, and the illuminated location is calculated based on the pointing coordinate.

    Abstract: A work scheduling method utilizes a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) which communicates with a work order database and a labor pool database, each having a plurality of entries therein. A resource leveling program accesses the entries in the databases and applies an order of fire to the entries to utilize available manpower in a manner which at least attempts to achieve plant success through the provision of at least a draft work schedule. After running the resource level program, the preferred embodiment allows user input to affect at least portions of the order of fire to allow modification and an ability to rerun the program.

    Abstract: Herein is described a method for feeding chlorine to a heat exchanger (condenser) for biological fouling control by targeting the feed to only a few tubes at a time. The assembly comprises a manifold surrounded by a seal which directly contacts the condenser tube sheet, thereby feeding chlorine to only a few selected condenser tubes at a time and the seal serves to restrict the flow of water through the tubes, thereby increasing the contact time between the chlorinated water and the fouling mass in the tubes. The manifold, powered by a pneumatic/hydraulic drive, moves across the entire condenser tube sheet so that all tubes are chlorinated for the same duration. A principal advantage of this system is that it allows the feed of relatively high concentrations of chlorine to the selected tubes, but is designed to meet EPA effluent limitations without dechlorination.
