A set of spaced-apart nubs extends along at least one opening. A bracket extends across the plurality of openings and is mounted to a bottom surface of the platform. The bracket has channels aligned with the openings. Each channel has a first width proximate the bottom surface and a second width distal from the bottom surface wherein the second width is wider than the first width.

The bottom includes a pair of upper flanges and a lower housing. The pair of upper flanges have components for receiving wheels for supporting the cart frame and the lower housing includes at least one aperture for venting heat from the battery that is supported by the lower housing. At least a portion of the lower housing and the battery are located below the pair of upper flanges and are located below the bottom edges of the front and the back.

The first cleat of the first upright is slidably received in the upper and lower cleat holes of the first rail, and the second cleat of the second upright is slidably received in the upper and lower cleat holes of the second rail. The rail spanner extends between the first and second rails and includes first and second retaining claws each connected to the rail spanner.
