Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing an adjusted nanoparticle composition comprising ultra-small superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles coated with dextran-T10, compositions obtained thereby, and uses of such compositions. The adjusted compositions have improved parameters such as lower batch-to-batch variance and improved stability, and are useful as magnetic imaging agents.

Abstract: A portable hydraulic vehicle lift that functions as a vehicle trailer for transporting a vehicle over the road, and that includes a platform, and an elevating system for elevating the platform above the ground. The elevating system comprises a front leg assembly pivotally mounted on the platform that is pivotable between transport and lift positions, and a rear leg assembly pivotally mounted on the platform that is pivotable between transport and lift positions. A moving mechanism moves the front leg assembly between the transport and lift positions. A linking structure links the rear and the front leg assemblies for pivoting the rear leg assembly with the front leg assembly. Ground engaging wheels permit the platform to move over the ground and are mounted on the platform for elevating with the platform when the elevating system raises the platform such that the wheel are lifted from contact with the ground.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a crush barrier, comprising a support and an essentially vertically positioned flat screen, fixed to said support. The crush barrier according to the invention is characterized in that said support forms an essentially rectangular flat element that is hingebly connected to said support with the aid of one or more arms, the various features being such that the screen is able to hinge from a folded-down position essentially parallel to the support into an opened-out position essentially transverse to the support.
