  • Patent number: 11060122
Abstract: A method of producing jellyfish collagen extract by combining hard water, frozen jellyfish, protease enzymes, and sodium bisulfate to form a mixture. Heating the mixture for a period of time to permit the mixture to react. The filter, concentrate, and dry the mixture.
    Type: Grant

Date of Patent: July 13, 2021
    Inventor: Robert den Hoed
  • Patent number: 10752671
Abstract: A method of making hydrolyzed marine Type II collagen includes the mixing of marine cartilage, water, an enzyme and a protease enzyme for an extended period of time. Once mixed, the mixture is heated for a period of time at 150° F. Once heated, the enzymes are deactivated, the bone sediment separated, and the fat removed. Next, maltodextrin is added to the mixture and finally the mixture is spray dried to form a collagen powder.

  • Publication number: 20200170286
Abstract: A method of processing seed to nutritionally enhance food where seeds are placed in a tank and sanitized, and then washing and hydrating the seeds. The seeds are then allowed a period of germination before the seeds are dried for a predetermined amount of time and cooled.

  • Patent number: 10301374
Abstract: A method of producing collagen from hydrolyzed egg membrane includes combining 95% ethanol, cold water, a bacterial pH neutral protease and/or an alkaline bacterial protease, a pH neutral bacterial metalloendopeptidase, sodium bisulfite, and egg membrane. Once combined, the solution is mixed slowly and then heated to a desired pH range and temperature. Once a desired temperature is reached, the heated solution is set aside to digest for a prolonged period of time. Next, the digested solution is centrifuged and collected to form a filtered solution. Finally, the filtered solution is spray dried and packaged.

  • Publication number: 20190100785
Abstract: A method of producing undenatured collagen from cartilage uses a low temperature hydrolysis. To begin, cartilage, citric/lactic acid, and water are added to a digestion vessel and stirred. Next, a base and acid stable protease are added and the mixture is stirred again before being set aside. Bones and fat are removed leaving a liquid mixture to which a base is added. Sediment is then filtered, removed, and dried from the liquid mixture to form a collagen powder.

  • Patent number: 9427454
Abstract: A method of making liquid olive leaf extract that includes the mixing ground olive leaf, water, and an acid in a container. Once mixed heating the mixture a predetermined temperature for approximately four hours. Next raising the pH to approximately 4.0 and then adding a predetermined amount of cellulase and invertase to the mixture. Then the mixture is mixed for a predetermined period of time. After mixing, sediment is remove from the mixture and the pH is adjusted to approximately 3.0. The mixture is then reduced to a concentrate.
