A Networkless Ticketing Solution (NTS) includes an NTS system control card connected to a gaming machine controller of a gaming machine. The NTS system control card receives cashout information from the gaming machine controller and instructs an NTS printer to print encrypted cashout vouchers or tickets. A redemption device scans the encrypted vouchers or tickets and provides a display to a cashier for cashing out the vouchers or tickets.
