The system determines whether the order trade size is greater than the minimum trade size, and responsive to determining whether the order trade size is greater than the minimum trade size, the system trades at least part of the broker interest against the order if the order trade size is greater than the minimum trade size.

    Abstract: A live trap for capturing an animal by its paw includes a hollow body with a ground stake. A lever assembly, jaw, latch, and trigger are pivotally mounted on the body for movement between a released position and a set position. A trapper can squeeze the lever to automatically set the trap without touching the latch or the trigger. A latch guide on the lever and a curved surface on the trigger direct the latch into retentive engagement with a notch in the trigger for setting the trap. The latch is released by an animal withdrawing its paw from a position behind the trigger, where bait resides.

    Abstract: A handle assembly and method of assembling a grip handle to a vehicle. The handle assembly includes two base unit and each include a primary and auxiliary projection that are press fit into an opening formed in a structural part of a vehicle. Detents are provided on the projection and configured to be assembled to a vehicle with a minimum force and require a removal force that is substantially greater then the force of insertion. A method of assembling the assist grip handle to a vehicle can be accomplished by inserting molded projections into holes formed in a structural vehicle body panel. The projections include detents that are compressed as the projections are inserted into the holes and are expanded after the projections are fully inserted into the holes.

    Abstract: A method and implementing system is provided in which a client is able to initiate an ongoing electronic transaction between a communication device and a network site. A separate port is established for the subsequent direct transmission of transaction status messages from the network site back to the user device. The client is enabled to customize a signaling system at the user terminal to designate various signals to correspond to different kinds of the transaction status messages such that the client is signaled directly when a transaction status change occurs with respect to the electronic transaction initiated by the client. In an example, a client is enabled to log on to an auction web site server and enter a bid on an auctioned item. When the entered bid is no longer winning, an appropriate message is sent to the client through the separate port.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a spring clip made of a directionally solidified nickel-base superalloy for use in a high pressure compressor stator sub-assembly of a gas turbine engine. The spring clip includes a body section and a pair of arms integrally connected to opposing sides of the body section and the spring clip is used as a means for attaching circumferentially segmented flowpath liners to an annular casing. Each arm of the spring clips exerts a spring force against a flowpath liner mount lug causing the mount lug to be seated radially against an inner surface of the casing and axially against an annular seal, wherein the pair of arms of each spring clip engage mount lugs located on circumferentially adjacent ones of the flowpath liners.

    Abstract: A process for identificaiton, evaluation and removal of microshrinkage of investment cast superalloy parts and parts produced by the process. Parts free of deleterious microshrinkage capable of longer life at existing stress levels or use at higher alternating stresses are produced by first subjecting the parts to hot isostatic pressing to eliminate nonsurface connected subsurface microshrinkage. Next, in order to expose near-surface microshrinkage microscopically connected to the surface, the parts are immersed in an acid solution for a time sufficient to uniformly remove at least about 0.005 inches of the original as cast surface. The exposed microshrinkage is evaluated for acceptability or removal by standard nondestructive techniques, such as liquid penetration evaluation.

    Abstract: An improved test apparatus is disclosed for testing leadless IC chip carriers or IC dies. The apparatus employs a flexible film on which is imprinted a conductor line pattern terminated in a plurality of raised conductive pads. The line pattern is readily formed on the film surface using photolithographic techniques. The conductive pads are arranged on the film surface in such a way as to conform to the positioning of the edge contact terminals of the chip carrier. A frame structure is provided for resiliently urging the chip carrier against the surface of the film, with the edge terminals of the chip carrier in electrical contact with the raised pads on the film. The conductor lines on the film are also terminated in raised pads, which are urged against a printed wire pattern on a rigid circuit board, which provides connections to the chip carrier test equipment. Thus, electrical contact is made to the chip carrier without the use of wire bonds or solder connections.

    Abstract: A dual chambered syringe of the type having concentric barrels. The inner barrel can be formed of a generally conventional syringe, and the outer barrel is formed of a modified conventional syringe. A sealing ring of resilient rubber spaces the two barrels apart and forms a liquid seal between the two barrels. A passageway through the sealing ring is alignable with a hole in the inner barrel to allow communication between the two chambers. A rear plate is fixed to the inner barrel and rotatable on the outer barrel so the two barrels can be rotated to align the hole with the passageway when desired.

    Abstract: A shooting garment having an adjustable shock absorbing pad therefore which can be adjusted vertically on a front shoulder portion of the garment for reducing the recoil shock of a gun which is shot when the butt of the gun is against the pad. Since one shooter may place the butt of a gun at a different position on his shoulder than another, an adjustable pad can be utilized to place the pad precisely at the desired position for each individual shooter. VELCRO fasteners are provided to securely hold the pad in place when in use and also permit the pad to be readily disengaged, moved and repositioned securely in place.

    Abstract: A cryogenic extractor having a self-contained filler, and a tip activated by slanting the tip down. A cryogenic extractor has a foward chamber having a rod to be cooled, the rod extending adjacent to the top wall so the liquid will not reach the rod when the extractor is held horizontally with the bottom down. The extractor has a rear chamber for receiving the liquid refrigerant on filling. A filling cartridge is received in the rear chamber, and a base holds the cartridge. The base receives the skirt of the rear chamber on one step for shipping, and on another, lower step for use. The skirt must be forced over the lower step, and the fit holds the skirt in place and, provides a tight seal. An activator on the cartridge is pushed down when the extractor is pushed down, dispensing the refrigerant from the cartridge, and the refrigerant flows down into the rear chamber.

This linearly traveling device is restrained against rotation at points peripherally distributed relative to the device. In particular, there is a pair of interfitting parts including a linear keyplate and keyway at each of the peripherally distributed points. One of these interfitting parts is connected to the linearly traveling device and the other of these parts is maintained stationary relative to that one interfitting part. One of the linear keyplates may be provided with a first scale indicating the linear travel in a first system of measurement, such as the metric system, and another linear keyplate may be provided with a second scale indicating the linear travel in a second system of measurement, different from the first or metric system.
