Abstract: A centralized, customizable, interconnected traffic management system receives at least one data stream. The system processes the at least one data stream wherein the processing includes associating the data spatially with a transportation infrastructure segment; and the system evaluates the processed data, providing an output decision based on the evaluation. The system changes at least one symbiotic traffic infrastructure element with respect to the output decision.

Abstract: A centralized, customizable, interconnected traffic routing system receives at least one data set, wherein the at least one data set pertains to the spatially local transportation infrastructure. The routing system receives at least one route definition from a user, and at least one route constraint from the user. The traffic routing system provides the user with an individualized transportation route with respect to at least one of the at least one route definitions and the at least one route constraint, wherein the transportation route is cohesive with a macro scale transportation solution. The system optionally provides the user an adjusted individualized transportation route in response to a change in at least one route constraint or in response to a change in the at least one data set.
