The method includes receiving a login geo-location of a mobile device when a user notifies the mobile device of arrival within a predetermined geo-fenced area of a remote job location. The method also includes verifying the login geo-location of the mobile device within the predetermined geo-fenced area of the remote job location. The method further includes logging the user into the remote employment management system when a current time is within a predetermined amount of time before or at a start time.
