  • Patent number: 9071634
Abstract: A fault prediction system comprises a processor, a data storage device and a network connection. The processor acts to commence monitoring of a newly notified device upon the network irrespective of whether details of the device are stored in a database on the data storage device or not.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: October 30, 2009
Date of Patent: June 30, 2015
    Assignee: NCR Corporation
Inventors: Anderson J. Wood, Robert E. Daniel, Tina M. Stafford
  • Patent number: 8291656
Abstract: A retention assembly is for retaining a panel in a window or a door. The assembly includes a surround, a frame, and a locking latch. The surround includes a first and a second pair of spaced segments which extend to define an opening. The frame includes a pair of first spaced sides and the panel is supported between the sides. The pair of first spaced sides are disposed between the first and second pair of segments. One of the first sides includes a floor and a catch which extends from the floor. The locking latch is movably supported by the surround and defines a retention recess for permitting locking engagement between the locking latch and the catch as the locking latch is moved relative to one of the first segments.
    Type: Grant

  • Patent number: 5657590
Abstract: A muntin bar strip member adapted to interconnect to a cooperating strip member. The strip member has a wall member; a coupling means, such as a flange, extending from a longitudinal edge of the wall member; and a female coupling member, such as a channel, extending along an opposite longitudinal edge of the wall member. A muntin bar can be formed from a strip member interconnected to a second similarly structured strip member, where the flange of the second strip member is engaged in the channel of the first strip member, and conversely the flange of the first strip member engaged in the channel of the second strip member.
