    Abstract: A U-framed structure that spans a reactor vessel of a pressurized water reactor power plant and rides on wheels that fit on the rails of the nuclear plant's refueling machine. A curved monorail is supported on the underside of the U-frame structure and guides a trolley system which travels on the monorail. The trolley system supports a hoist which is used for lifting, positioning and lowering reactor service equipment on the floor of the power plant's refueling canal.
