Abstract: A system (10) and method of packaging components features stackable internesting trays (54) to carry components (52) in a sequence based upon order of use forming a stack (39) with protective internesting, stackable wrappers (90) and an internal box (36) covered by an external box (16) protecting the components for handling during inventory, shipment, and end use. The trays (54), wrappers (90), and boxes (16, 36) are formed of sheet material and feature access to components as initially loaded with a plurality of boxes oriented upon a shipping pallet (12) to allow access to all components as stacked.

Abstract: The present invention includes a case containing a cable assembly therein for installation in electrical equipment. The case is secured to the frame of the equipment and holds the individual cables and positions the ends thereof for interconnection with electrical components in the equipment. The case includes openings in a side through which the cable ends protrude. The cables are attached to a floor of the case by means of double-backed tape. A cover is included to completely enclose the cable assembly within the interior of the case to protect the cable assembly from possible damage by adjacent equipment.

Abstract: A package (10) includes a top (12), vacuum or thermoformed, and a bottom (50) of extruded plastic, with the top and bottom formed to define channels to receive components (80) in sliding engagement to facilitate automatic loading therein and unloading. The components (80) slidingly supported by a rail (54) extending from the bottom between legs of components. A lock (86) is provided to extend through the package to hold components therein. A multiple unit breakaway package (110) is also disclosed.

Abstract: A high density magazine for electrical connectors and components. More particularly, the magazine is assembled from two outer members having inwardly facing cavities and a center member inbetween. Shoulders in the cavities cooperate with shoulders on each surface of the center member to provide supports for the electrical connectors or components on both sides of the center member.
