    Abstract: A rectangular roof covering panel made of three superposed layers: a fiberboard layer, an adhesive layer and a blended bituminen elastomer layer. The blended bitumen layer has a ledge exceeding over two adjacent sides of the rectangular panel. The ledge is adapted to overlap the elastomer layer of an adjacent and contiguous panel and to be fused thereon with a blowtorch.
