    Abstract: A method for reducing the incidence of metastasis in tumor victims without treating the primary tumor per se resides in the administration of forskolin or its analogs which are potent inhibitors of platelet aggregation. Forskolin compounds are generally defined as labdane diterpenoids having the general formula: ##STR1## These compounds may be administered alone or in combination with other inhibitors of platelet aggregation.
