  • Publication number: 20190383004
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an apparatus for providing an improved building block. The disclosure provides for a block made from recycled or new thermoplastic materials or other blend of materials. The new block design provides for geometric interlocking capabilities from block to block, layer to layer and wall to wall via an Interlocking Post and screws. This Post will not only mechanically interlock the block system but will as well mechanically hold the block in position via a metal screw.

  • Patent number: 7288289
Abstract: Surface coverings and surface covering components and methods for forming them using slot die coating are disclosed. The methods involve applying a plurality of wet layers to a substrate simultaneously or in sequence using a slot die coater, wherein a plurality of wet layers can be applied before any of the individual layers are dried, gelled, cured and/or fused. The layers remain separate and distinct before and after drying, gelling, curing and/or fusing, and can be dried, gelled, cured and/or fused together or separately after wet on wet application to the substrate. The surface coverings may be decorative surface covering, including floor coverings.

  • Patent number: 5657871
Abstract: A container (11), such as a beer keg or the like, includes a metallic top surface (14) and a metallic bottom surface (17) with metallic cylindrical sidewalls (15,18) extending therebetween. A metallic cylindrical top skirt (20) extends upwardly from and surrounds the top surface (14) while a metallic cylindrical bottom skirt (21) extends downwardly from and surrounds the bottom surface (17). An elastomeric ring (10) is positioned between the bottom surface (17) and the bottom skirt (21) and includes an annular foot (33) which extends downwardly below the bottom skirt (21). The foot (33) is thus adapted to rest on the ground and the ring (10) absorbs the shock of a drop to thereby protect the container (11) from damage. An outer diameter of the foot (33) is adapted to fit within the inner diameter of the top skirt (20) so that the container (11) may be stacked on a like container (11A).
