Abstract: A method of providing access to a web site includes providing access to a plurality of assessment questions through the web site. The plurality of assessment questions relate to user knowledge regarding interaction with and navigation through a healthcare system. The plurality of assessment questions are arranged in a pre-determined sequential order including, in order: pre-event assessment questions including assessment questions on educational topics that assess the knowledge of the user on how to interact with the healthcare system before a healthcare event occurs; active event assessment questions including assessment questions on educational topics that assess the knowledge of the user on how to interact with the healthcare system during the occurrence of a healthcare event; and post-event assessment questions including assessment questions on educational topics that assess the knowledge of the user on how to interact with the healthcare system after one or more healthcare events has occurred.
