A first request may then be received associated with the user selectable element from a one of the plurality of users. The first request may indicate that the one of the plurality of users wants to receive the content group. Next the content group may be provided to the one of the plurality of users in response to the first request. A second request may then be received from the one of the plurality of users for content corresponding to a one of the plurality of content programs. Then the content may be provided to the one of the plurality of users in response to the second request.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for providing user communication. First an invitation input may be received from a first user. The invitation input may comprise a recommendation to a second user to take an action regarding content to be delivered over a content delivery system. Then, the invitation input may be transmitted to the second user. Next, an acceptance input may be received from the second user. The acceptance input may comprise an acceptance to the invitation input. The acceptance input may then be transmitted to the first user in response to receiving the acceptance input.

Abstract: A user interface may be provided. First, a first input may be received, and in response to the received first input, at least a portion of a plurality of content elements may be displayed. Then, a second input indicating a selection of a one of the displayed plurality of content elements may be received. In response to the received second input, a displayed full version of a programming content and the displayed plurality of content elements may be removed. Also, in response to the received second input, a shrunken version of the full version of the programming content and a more detailed version of the selected one of the plurality of content elements may be displayed. Next, in response to a received third input, the more detailed version and the displayed shrunken version may be removed and the full version of the programming content may be redisplayed.

Abstract: A golf orthotic for stabilizing a foot of a patient against both supination and pronation includes a main body portion configured to conform to a substantial portion of the plantar aspect of the patient's fool, including the heel and arch, and generally forward to the metatarsal heads. The main portion is provided with medial and lateral flanges terminating respectively beneath the medial malleolus and lateral malleolus. The device also includes a heel stabilization bar with a substantially flat lower surface and an upper surface which is contoured to match the lower surface of the main portion in the heel region, and which is secured thereto. The heel stabilization bar is shaped for easy insertion into the patient's shoe. The flanges are shaped to conform to the patient's foot, and preferably slope up fairly steeply from the main body portion.

Abstract: A bunion treatment apparatus for minimizing forces applied to a bunion on a foot surface of a patient includes a generally planar main portion and at least a first generally planar build-up portion. Both portions are constructed of flexible padding material and have predetermined thicknesses. The build-up portion has a smaller planform area than the main portion. The main portion is provided with a bunion-receiving aperture, which preferably extends therethrough, and the build-up portion is sized and shaped to fit around the bunion-receiving aperture. By providing one or more build-up portions with the main portion, the podiatric patient can custom-adjust the thickness and configuration of the bunion treatment apparatus to fit his own individual bunion. The main portion is also provided with a toe loop, which is formed with strain relief cutouts where its generally opposed edges intersect, to eliminate tearing of the main portion when the toe loop is placed over the toe of a patient.

A first Velcro.TM. patch is provided on the outer side of the first flap, and a second Velcro.TM. patch is provided on the inner side of the second flap, the strip having an end region opposite to the one end. The V-shaped notch faces the end region. A third Velcro.TM. patch is provided at the center region of the strip on an outer side thereof, and a fourth Velcro.TM. patch is provided at the end region of the strip on an inner side thereof.
