  • Patent number: 11465196
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a rotor shaft for an electrical aggregate, including providing a pin having a shaft plug-in, in particular a cylindrical shaft plug-in; producing a hollow rotor shaft body being open at least at a first end for receiving the pin and in form of a rotary body, where an oversize exists between at least one outer surface of the shaft plug-in and at least one inner surface of the rotor shaft body; and inserting the shaft plug-in into the rotor shaft body for fastening the pin to the rotor shaft body for finishing the rotor shaft, such that the process and operation of manufacturing a rotor shaft is simplified while at the same time reducing costs and material waste, and to produce a rotor shaft that can withstand high loads and transmit high torques.

  • Publication number: 20170237316
Abstract: The present invention relates to a rotor shaft arrangement (1) for a rotor (R) of an electric motor, having a hollow shaft (2) for accommodating a rotor body (K), and a cooling body (3) which is arranged in the hollow shaft (2) and is in thermal contact radially with the hollow shaft (2) and has an axially continuously open structure (S), and therefore a cooling medium in the hollow shaft (2) can flow axially through the cooling body (3). Furthermore, the present invention relates to a rotor (R) with the rotor shaft arrangement (1) according to the invention and also to an electric motor with corresponding rotor (R). The invention also relates to a method for producing the rotor shaft arrangement (1).

  • Patent number: 8847462
Abstract: The invention relates to a rotor that exhibits a rotor shaft, by which a rotor axis is defined, and also a core stack that is arranged around the rotor shaft along a longitudinal portion of the rotor axis. Along the longitudinal portion the rotor shaft exhibits a first surface region, the shape of which describes a circular cylinder, and also a second surface region which is constituted by structural elements that with respect to the rotor axis rise radially outwardly above the first surface region. For the purpose of producing the rotor, the core stack can be pushed over the rotor shaft and in the process can be pushed against the structural elements) in such a manner that it is deformed and by this means a positive connection between the rotor shaft and the core stack is generated. In this way, in particularly simple manner in terms of production engineering a reliable and torsion-proof connection between the core stack and the rotor shaft can be formed.
