  • Publication number: 20150193549
Abstract: Architecture that enables the visualization of history data of a prior content (or document) navigation session in a user interface (UI), the session presented as a structure of nodes and branches between the nodes that represent the paths navigated by the user during the session. The user can then choose to go back to a previous state of the session via the structure, and then take another route. This capability enables the user to more effectively revisit a decision-making process at least with respect to retracing navigation over numerous documents. The history data of a prior navigation session is presented to the user as a graphical view structured as a branching visualization of the nodes and node branches. The user can interact with the graphical view to move forward and backward in the time span of the session and retrieve the document as any given point in the previous session.

  • Publication number: 20140306965
Abstract: Architecture that enables a page/content animation user experience where new pages and/or new content can be exposed in any one of multiple directions using an animated unfolding behavior. The unfolding behavior can be performed on a page or piece of content, between pages or pieces of content, on a diagonal, and other directions, and can be performed based on a fold axis that is visually presented as being a forward position or a rear position along with corresponding visual effects. One or more pages of content are presented in a viewport of display, and an interaction gesture is detected relative to the one or more pages. An animation component animates the unfolding behavior at an unfolding location relative to the one or more pages in the viewport to expose new pages. The unfolding behavior is enabled in response to the interaction gesture.

  • Patent number: 6531052
Abstract: Sulfur species are removed from hydrocarbon fluids by a process that includes contacting the fluid with a solid adsorbent having a porous substrate impregnated with silver oxide. The solid adsorbent preferably comprises activated alumina. The solid adsorbent may be regenerated with a two step process including: 1) heating the adsorbent in an inert atmosphere, preferably an atmosphere containing nitrogen, so that sulfur species are stripped from the adsorbent without oxidizing them, and 2) heating the adsorbent in an oxidizing atmosphere, preferably an atmosphere containing approximately 20% oxygen, so that the silver contained on the adsorbent is re-oxidized, forming silver oxide.
