  • Patent number: 10962940
Abstract: Method and system is provided for detecting faults and/or providing optimization measures to enhance the performance of one or more buildings, especially building automation equipment of the one or more buildings. The system may include a database for storing a data model comprising asset and performance data of the one or more buildings. The data model may be represented in one or more hierarchical tree-structures, in which the nodes of the tree-structures represent asset data and the leaves of the tree-structures represent performance data of the one or more buildings. The performance data may be represented in each case by data points. The data points may include time series of measured or derived field values and meta information.

  • Patent number: 9231186
Abstract: The invention relates to an electro-switchable polymer film assembly having a first and a second surface side, comprising at least one pair of electrodes (3, 4) and a polymer matrix (2), wherein structuring particles (5) can be embedded in the polymer matrix and the polymer matrix or the structuring particles consist of an electro-active polymer, wherein furthermore, the first and/or the second surface sides can be transferred from a plane condition into a structured condition by electric switching of the electro-active polymer.

  • Publication number: 20150254431
Abstract: A multi-level patient information delivery system and data collection application. More specifically, an enhanced patient communication and data collection system that functions for pre-, peri-, and post-operative settings. One component of the system is a modified patient portal designed to guide patients through specific surgical experiences by giving access to time-relevant and needs-specific information as the patient moves from pre-operative assessment through post-operative recovery. A second component of the system is a database collection and analysis program for the doctor, surgeon, or other attending physician.

  • Publication number: 20060175424
Abstract: A modular system for, especially, dry basin fountain installations includes a housing having a water supply inlet, a drain outlet, an electrical supply inlet and electrical junction box, for removable and interchangeable installation of a variety of individual or multiple fountain components within each housing, including water jet assemblies, lighting assemblies, and audio speakers, for supplying water to and draining water from each housing to a water reservoir, and for controlling the operation of each fountain component. Water supply lines, drain lines, and electrical lines may be routed between all housings and a water reservoir and an electrical supply center, so that fountain components may be installed, removed, and exchanged without disturbing the surface in which the fountain is installed.
