    Abstract: A mounting hub is arranged for securement orthogonally relative to a steering wheel shaft, such that the mounting hub includes a lock cylinder arranged for rotation of an actuator rod arranged to effect rotating a cam member to project a plurality of lock plates from within an extension tube of the mounting hub for reception of the lock plates within complementary cavities of a steering wheel tubular hub to lock the associated steering wheel relative to the steering wheel shaft.
