Abstract: A planned maintenance system communicates with a set of user platforms that includes an onboard display device of a machine. The planned maintenance system changes a maintenance schedule for the machine based on input data received from any of the user platforms, or usage data associated with the machine. The planned maintenance system provides output data reflecting changes to the maintenance schedule to the user platforms, including the onboard display device. Accordingly, the set of user platforms, including the onboard display device of the machine, can be synchronized with consistent information about the maintenance schedule for the machine.

Abstract: A method of tracking machine maintenance includes tracking units of time with a service meter associated with the machine. Machine maintenance protocols may be performed based on tracking of units of time with the service meter. The accuracy of the service meter may be assessed, and the method includes creating a virtual reference hour meter associated with the machine in response to a service meter inaccuracy being assessed. Units of time may be tracked with the virtual reference hour meter. Machine maintenance protocols may be performed based on tracking of units of time with the virtual reference hour meter.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method includes identifying a plurality of services for a machine. Each of the plurality of services has a service type, and the service type includes an interval service and an independent service. The method includes receiving an input indicative of a usage history of the machine and determining, based on at least one of the service type and the usage history, an estimated due date for each of the plurality of services. The method includes displaying service identifiers, each of which represents one of the plurality of services and indicates the service type, wherein a location of each of the service identifiers along a date axis corresponds to the estimated due date of the at least one of the plurality of services indicated by the service identifier. The location of each of the service identifiers along a service axis corresponds to the service type.
