    Abstract: A filling valve for a pressure fueling device, particularly for aircraft refueling, comprises a movable sleeve responsive to the flow rate of fuel through the valve and which increases the ratio between the fuel pressures acting on first and second surfaces of the valve closure unit, respectively, and exerting valve closure and opening forces, respectively, in proportion as the rate of flow increases.
