Abstract: A camera apparatus and method is disclosed. The camera apparatus includes an image sensor operable to generate image data; a storage device operable to store the image data from the image sensor; and a controller operably connected to the image sensor and the storage device. The controller is programmed to receive the image data and transfer the image data to the storage device in a recording loop of a predetermined duration. The controller is programmed to respond to a privacy command received from a user during the recording loop by pausing the transfer of image data to the storage device for a predetermined pause interval.

A beverage medium, such as instant infant formula powder or a flavored drink mix, can be contained within the housing. Each swirl-inducing section can include a substantially arcuate channel having an entrance opening and an exit opening. When a liquid, such as water, is introduced into the housing, it can flow into the arcuate channel, which produces a swirling movement of the liquid that helps to thoroughly break up and evenly disperse the beverage medium throughout the liquid to produce a thoroughly mixed beverage that is ready for consumption.

Abstract: The system of the preferred embodiments includes a weapon, an input device coupled to the weapon and adapted to record information, a memory device coupled to the input device and adapted to store recorded information, and a security device coupled to the memory device and adapted to inhibit unauthorized tampering of the recorded information. The system has been specifically designed to record information during the use of a weapon. If used properly, the recorded information should increase the accountability of army personnel and police officers.
