Abstract: A system is provided for (1) metering an amount of at least one concentrated liquid chemical solution, (2) metering an amount of water, (3) feeding the metered amounts of concentrated chemical solution and water to a static, inline mixing member and (4) delivering a properly diluted working solution from the mixing member directly to a processing machine. The concentrated liquid chemical solutions are stored in respective storage containers, and metering devices associated with the respective storage containers meter controlled amounts of each concentrated chemical solution for delivery to an inline static mixing member. A water metering device delivers a metered amount of water to the inline mixing member, and mixed, diluted working solution is delivered directly to the inline mixing system is delivered directly to the processing machine.
