Abstract: A pair of arched rings have lateral extensions inserted in parallel block members to form a channel extended from a golf club shaft which, when properly swung, passes over a golf ball on a playing surface without disturbing the ball. The block members are provided with lateral extensions simulating putter feet and longitudinal extensions to increase the effective channel length, thereby further compelling a correct stroke by the player.

Abstract: A golf practice aid providing a club head which simulates an actual putter head but having an opening, which with a proper stroke, may be swung over a golf ball without striking the same. An adapter is provided for orienting the club head with respect to a golf club shaft to achieve various shaft to club face positions.

Abstract: Golf putters with an alignment sight feature and an alignment ball section located at the club head end for achieving more accurate alignment and stroke of the putter. Toe and heel weighting within the ball section further contributes to greater putting accuracy. In the embodiments, a hemispherical ball section is mounted on a conforming blade and its face serves as the ball striking surface. In one embodiment, a bar mounted at the end of a shaft and an alignment stripe on the ball section form the alignment means, while in a second embodiment a curved metal bar is integrally formed with an overlying alignment bar to form an alignment sight.

Abstract: A sports racquet having two string faces each with a different tension to provide variable playing characteristics. The racquet is further equipped with two different grip surfaces to assist the player in detecting which racquet face is in use and with a grip which is inflatable to vary the grip "feed". A cassette loadable racquet face insert is also provided to enable a player to readily change one of the string faces to any of a number of different tension settings.
